Do one happy thing a day. Just like “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” doing one happy act a day keeps the blues away.

Are you tired of the doom and gloom in the news, in the environment, and in your life? Do one thing right now that makes you happy. Then remember the importance of this. If there’s heavy fog in your vicinity watch it lift. Choose happiness every day. It’s an imperative. Do one thing every day that makes you happy.

Just get happy!
