1. Starting out with a plan and an expectation for a hoped-for outcome, instead turned up disappointment. What to do?

2. Start with the determination to never get to disappointment. Instead, let’s think about the situation that doesn’t turn out exactly the way we want it as an opening door to another unconsidered possibility.

3. Now set out on the adventure of uncovering what new and exciting possibility could be discovered to replace the originally hoped-for outcome.
