Think of this in terms of energy. You exchange one form of energy for another!

Step 2: the end result will have you able to visualize and enjoy the pleasurable reward of your action, whatever that will be. So engage all your senses. In other words, see yourself fully enjoying the rewards. What does it feel like, taste like, sound like, look like, and smell like?

Step 3: now consider the negative consequences of not getting into action. Again, really allow yourself to get into the negative impact. Get the leverage on yourself by recognizing that avoiding pain is more of a motivator than gaining pleasure. So once you figure out what the pain will be, decide to move forward in excited expectation of the rewards of completion.
