Now that we’ve learned how to relax, the next step is to generate excitement. Consider the task at hand. Now we’ll undertake getting leverage.

Step 1: consider the positive impact of moving into action. How will completing the task ahead impact your life? In other words, what would you do, be, or have, as a consequence of following through with your action?

Think of this in terms of energy. You exchange one form of energy for another!
