Abundance is Delighting in the Simple Pleasures of Life

There’s a reason for the classic expression ‘Don’t Forget to Smell the Flowers’ and ‘The Best Things in Life are Free’. This week’s tip of the week is designed as a reminder to take yourself outside and smell the roses.

Here are a few delights that we enjoy. We invite you to commit to partaking as well as adding your own delights to our list to make it your own. We hope it serves as a reminder by ratcheting up your joy quotient this week… and the week after…. and the week after that!

  • petting your cat, dog, bunny, taking the turtle for a walk, etc.
  • digging in the dirt
  • relaxing outside with a cup of tea, java
  • walking barefoot in the grass
  • driving in the country with the windows open, the moonroof pulled back, top down, etc.
  • restorative yoga pose
  • close your eyes and think about what you’re grateful for
  • noticing the miracles in every minute
  • becoming suddenly awake to how beautiful the world is
