A Series On Ending Procrastination Forever

When you think about it, procrastination’s crazy aspect is that it goes against the mind’s natural logic. Your mind is telling you that getting started now is the smart choice. Yet, you find yourself sloshing through ongoing low-level stress, tricking yourself into thinking you have lots of time. Just thinking about the subject you can almost feel the cortisol flow increasing. That’s what happens when caught in the procrastination trap, and it happens to everyone.

The big question becomes how to create a shift leading out of procrastination even after the channels of action have been shut down? A first step is having the intention of relaxing. This is where we begin the shift from procrastination into action. Relaxation will open the channel of energy flow.

Start by conjuring relaxation, combined with excitement.
